The St Lawrence Academy opened in September 2008 and is currently oversubscribed. Our challenge is an exciting one, to create a great academy by transforming, innovating and inspiring our learning community to be successful.
Our sponsors are the Diocese of Lincoln and our vision for the academy is to deliver personalised learning, be inclusive of all our learners,champion the spiritual development of our students and work collaboratively with our local community to ensure that “every childmatters” in The St Lawrence Academy.
We are an Academy that specialises in Sports and Science and as part of the BSF programme, we will have a new building due to be completed in 2011.
We are commited to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All successful candidates will be subject to satisfactory enhanced CRB checks and references.
